Hello all!
I know, I know! I have not written a blog in a long time. As most of you know I am a Teacher, and photography is not my full time job, but more of a hobby for me. However, I really do enjoy taking time to share the sessions I get to shoot. I have fallen behind (WAYYY behind–I mean, I didn’t even have time to post my Christmas Minis OR Easter minis!) and I apologize. Sometimes life happens and you have to just go with it.
Let’s just say my 2018 got off to an interesting start. There have been a few bumps to the start of my 2018 year, but I am determined not to let that get me down. I have to thank my family (you all know who you are!) for helping me through some hard times and always being supportive. I could not do half of the things without you all (especially since I like to use you all as my models ha-ha!) I am ready for the nice weather that is arriving, and the outdoors to continue to turn green and bloom so I can get out and shoot photos for everyone!
I am SUPER excited about the weddings I have coming up this year! At the start of last year, I always thought I would never be a “Wedding Photographer”, but obviously that has changed now. With a few under my belt, the thrill each wedding brings is addicting! It is so exciting to be such a huge part of someones special day. Yes, the pressure can be insane at times. But in the end, it is all worth the work. With that being said, I always have and always will LOVEEE to capture families. The vibe is different, more relaxed, and I always get to make such a connection to the families I meet.
I cannot wait to meet more new people, and of course spend more time with those I have already been fortunate enough to meet (like the ones featured below!)
Enjoy–xxox
