This weekend was spent braving the cold and editing!
Early Saturday, a lovely family friend had her 5 children over to the farm to get some much needed updated family photos! I felt old as I used to be a tutor at the school for the oldest boys while I was in university, and currently teach the younger! It was so much fun! Although it was at least -10 with the windchill, we hid in the barn with the hay to keep warm! While inside, they were not at all scared to climb to the top of the haystack which allowed for some pretty unique shots.
In the afternoon it was on to my first off site location AND maternity shoot! I was happy to shoot the couple at their parents place where they got married. The weather warmed up slightly and we were able to use the lake for a backdrop. Their dog Jackson LOVED the camera and seems to be very excited to be a big brother (see maternity section under portfolio)!
Over all it was a fantastic day spent with wonderful people!
